Is it possible to complete this quest this week if you accidentally looted the chest before picking up this quest?

To loot the Secured Shipment you will need 3 Everburning Keys.

UPDATE - These are now dropped by the following elite mobs so make sure you tag them:
- Forgemaster Algrin (Azure Span)
- Forgemaster Kraglin (Ohn'ahran Planins)
- Shadeisethal (Azure Span)
- Kretchenwrath (Ohn'ahran Plains)

To get an Everburning Key:

Step 1 - Kill mobs until you have 5 Ward of Igira
Step 2 - Unlock the Suffusion Crucible to receive some Ward of Fyrakk
Step 3 - Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have 5 Ward of Fyrakk
Step 4 - Unlock the Suffusion Mold to receive an Everburning Key

Note: Using the Suffusion Crucible will summon an elite mob. This mob can also drop Ward of Fyrakk.

Suffusion Crucible looks like an ingot floating above an altar. Suffusion Mold looks like a scroll floating above an altar. Both are shown on the mini map.

Unfortunately in my honest opinion, this feels like more of a Raid quest rather than an actual weekly quest. Mobs spawn in seconds within the Fyrakk Assaults, not giving you the much needed breathing space to mount up and fly out of there god-speed.

I hope this 'weekly' quest will be removed in order to keep my sanity, otherwise I might as well never do this one until they do so. (And hope for the best they'll still rotate it into a different weekly that I find more fun than this.)

This quest appears to be designed to massively reduce the amount of gold in circulation via repair bills. It is almost impossible to solo (and, of course, noone in the area is willing to group up).

Reducing the number of wards needed from 5 to 3 for each step, reducing the spawn rate of the mobs in the area, or something to make this a less painful process for a weekly quest.

This is a weekly quest, but when the Dreamsurge is in the same zone, you can kill mobs there to collect Dreamsurge Coalescence.
On my first attempt at Fyrakk, I thought it was an impossible raid, because I don't raid. After a few attempts I realized how to get it done:
1. Be prepared to die (I typically die 4-6 times during the event, but the rewards are worth it).
2. Pickup 3 quests from quest givers near Somnikus (the big, green dragon idling above the battlefield) . Dart and weave among the mobs (you are significantly outnumbered), kiilling as you go, and hope there are other players around to help.
3. Complete the primary quest objectives - kill mobs to get 5 yellow Ward of Igira that enable you to loot a Crucible Mold and receive a Ward of Fyrakk.
4. Collect 5 Fyrakk Wards's to loot the Suffusion Mold. This will cause the ForgeMaster "boss" to appear. Hope for some players to help you down the boss.
5. Looting the Fyrakk Mold and killing the Forgemaster will each reward an Everburning Key. Repeat either one of these events again to collect a 3rd Everburning Key, that will open the Everburning Chest near the Suffusion Mold. This rewards a bunch of good stuff.
6. Wait for Fyrakk's arrival, then kill his Diciple (a tough group fight. Don't worry - just tag the Diciple.) If you die, you can fly back as a ghost and wait out the fight before resurrecting and collecting a Drake's Shadowflame Crest (used to upgrade the 415 Dreamsurge gear to 424, in steps of 3 item levels).
Have fun! I do this quest on my 10 toons every week. Combined with the Dreamsurge weekly, you can collect 2 Drake's Shadowflame Crests weekly.

Aiding the Accord: Suffusion Camp

Travel to a Suffusion Camp and loot a Secured Shipment. Continue your efforts in aiding the Valdrakken Accord and their allies throughout the Dragon Isles.

Description

Ash blows from the south. A dark bargain has been made, <name>, between the djaradin of the Zaqali and Fyrakk. Their forces are building... something. We do not know what their goals are, but they have had no hesitation in displacing anyone and everything in their path. Please, <name>, we need champions like you to undermine these villains and deprive them of their resources. We await your return, <name>.
