Pick up the quest Khadgar's Plan from Vindicator Maraad at Redemption Rise (coords: 63.0, 25.8).

1. Khadgar's Plan - (Video) - Travel the road southwest between Tuurem and Archenon Shipyards to coords 54.2, 36.4.

• You can also take the flight path leading to Shattrath City, Talador and then travel the path down the mountain to the northeast, to the coords 54.2, 36.4 (see video for safe path down the mountain).

• Turn the quest in to Archmage Khadgar, and accept The Battle for Shattrath.

2. The Battle for Shattrath - (Video) - Take the path to the west leading into Shattrath and click on Thaelin Darkanvil at coords 50.5, 34.9, and select "Thanks. I'll meet them at the docks."

• Click on the Iron Star. Continue east down the stairs (while inside the Iron Star) to coords 45.7, 35.0 and turn right/north (this will be the first right after the second set of stairs after clicking the Iron Star).

• Continue north to coords 45.7, 26.4 where the Iron Star will explode and toss you out of it.

• Mount up and travel a little farther north to coords 45.4, 24.6, click on Archmage Khadgar, and select "Begin your spell. I'll protect you."

• Archmage Khadgar and friends will run down the stairs, follow behind them and dodge the Iron Horde mobs that try to rush you. As you don't need to fight them, you can stay mounted and run any aggro'd mobs to friendly NPCs for aggro transfer (see video if unsure what I mean).

• After Archmage Khadgar has completed the spell, Time Stop, travel northeast to coords 46.7, 21.0 and watch the dialogue between Orgrim Doomhammer and Blackhand.

• Archmage Khadgar will teleport Yrel and Vindicator Maraad to help Orgrim Doomhammer fight off Blackhand on the flagship. Once that is done, click on Archmage Khadgar and select, "I am ready to teleport to the ship."

• You will be flown to the ship in a bubble, where you will fight Grom'kar Grenadier and Grom'kar Vanguard (6 total), and then battle Machinist B'randt. After you kill Machinist B'randt, Archmage Khadgar will appear on the ship. Click on him and select "Then let's hurry!"

• After you arrive on the flagship, beat down Blackhand (as best as you can), and hide behind the Iron Stars when he casts Marked for Death.

• Once the objective and following cut-scene are completed, click the Portal to Talador in front of you and turn in the quest The Battle for Shattrath to Yrel, located at coords 69.6, 21.0 in Redemption Rise.

Description

Shattrath must not fall into the hands of the Iron Horde. It is time again for me to get my hands bloody. We will tell Khadgar we are ready to enter the city and take back what is rightfully ours.
