You don't need the quest to get this achievement , you only need to kill it with a raid if someone has the quest.

Just a side note, this achievement can be completed at any lvl as I've just got credit for defeating Xuen on my lvl 10 rogue, I also got the Celestial Treasure Box as loot which contained just under 40g and 15 Mote of Harmony which is quite impressive at that lvl. In order to get to the isle you must find someone which has a 2 or 3 seated mount, preferably a flying one as there will be a fatigue meter when you cross the sea between the Jade forest and the Timeless isle. Once you reach the isle you can just pick up the flight path as anyone else would and that will cost 1g 10s to the nearest flight path. As it is possible to get to the isle at any lvl it also means you're able to do most of the achievements linked to the Timeless isle which is really amazing. Just make sure you bring someone with you if you're farming for achievements because the isle is a dangerous place. Also, if you die you will be resurrected at the spirit healer next to the horde/alliance camps no matter where you die because of the high risks of dieing if you end up anywhere else. I have only tested this at lvl 10 so I'm not sure at which lvl you stop ending up at the beach when you die but you can always walk back to your corpse alsong as it's on the southern side of the bridge because you can't get past it when you're dead. Make sure you don't attack the birds flying around the isle because if you do, they will pick you up and the only way to get back to the ground is by killing them and they got about 1,1m health which you can understand yourself, is impossible to beat at a lower lvl. And the last thing, unless it's already clear to everyone, there are only three ways for a toon of lvl 84 and under to get to Pandaria. The three ways are:

#1: Find a mage that is able to make a Portal: Vale of Eternal Blossoms or,

#2: Find a warlock and 2 of his/her friends that will offer you a Ritual of Summoning to a specific location of your choice (even the Timelesss isle works) and

#3: Which is ofc the Hearthstone that you can attach to any innkeeper around Pandaria which will allow you to travle to Pandaria at any time aslong as it's not on CD. The best place to attach it if you ask me is in either of the shrines in Vale of Eternal Blossom as there are portals for all the major cities within their walls.

Once you're in Pandaria there will be tons of things you can do such as exploring and finding lore for the Lorewalkers and other fun things. The list is long, only you will decide how far you will go with your goals like me who is trying to get every achievement avaliable that can be obtained at lvl 10. I noticed "The Four Celestials" as a World Boss option using the World Boss Status add-on for tracking Sha of Anger, Nalak etc. (Good simple add-on btw).

Obviously in Pandaria this was probably a lot bigger of a deal but now its but a simple weekly drop for some loot and some currency. You also get 500 rep with The Black Prince.

Despite what it indicates - you only need to do one celestial and don't get anything for doing the others.

The real trial is listening to the ramblings of the celestials each time.
